Roslan Abdullah Moved To Proton

June 1, 2020, Subang Jaya – Proton Holdings Bhd, the second largest national carmaker in Malaysia, has appointed former president and chief executive officer of Honda Malaysia, Roslan Abdullah as its vice president of sales and marketing and the chief executive officer of Proton Edar Sdn Bhd, effective June 1, 2020.

Roslan is a Finance & Accountancy degree holder from the University of Brighton, United Kingdom and he oversaw the operations of DRB-Hicom Defence Technologies Sdn Bhd (DEFTECH) prior to his move to Proton.

“We are happy to welcome Roslan Abdullah to the Proton family and we look forward to his positive contributions to Proton’s performance during this challenging period,” said its chief executive officer Dr Li Chunrong in a statement.
