Renault’s New Subscription Plan And Sanitisation Campaign

May 15, 2020, Kuala Lumpur – TC Euro Cars Sdn Bhd, the sole franchise holder of Renault vehicles in Malaysia, has added a new 1-Month option to its Renault subscription trial plan and a new Renault Sanitisation Campaign for its customers.

The new Renault Subscription 1-Month Trial Plan is priced at RM996. It is for customers who are cost conscious and hesitant about making long-term commitments.

Customers who are interested in the plan are required to make an up-front payment of RM996 and no booking fee or security deposit is needed. The fee is inclusive of road tax, insurance, regular servicing and unlimited mileage.

Those who are interested can complete the entire subscription process via the Renault E-Store at and Renault store in Shopee Malaysia at Limited units are available and its on a first come, first serve basis.

At the same time, the company also started a Renault Sanitisation Campaign, offering complimentary sanitisation and two top-up options for deeper disinfection, which eliminates 99 percent viruses including Covid-19 and odour.

“The impact of the movement control oder (MCO) and Covid-19 will continue for some time and we at TC Euro Cars are mindful that keeping costs manageable and staying safe will remain top priorities for many Malaysians,” said its chief executive officer Wong Hoe Mun in a statement.

As for the complimentary Renault Sanitisation package, it covers sanitisation of high-touch contact points, fogging of the cabin and air-conditioner evaporator as well as disinfection to kill bacteria in the air and surfaces.

Customers that wants further disinfection with fogging that penetrates deeper into the air-conditioner evaporator as well as 99 percent Covid-19 elimination will have to pay an additional RM168. The second top-up option offers odour elimination for RM228.

From now until June 30, 2020, customers can enjoy a 20 percent introductory offer discount on either package, to be redeemed within three months from the purchase date.

The packages are available for bookings via Renault E-Store and Renault store on Shopee Malaysia, as well as for walk-in customers.

“This campaign is in line with the government’s call for a new normal where sanitisation and disinfection is now paramount in keeping ourselves safe from Covid-19. With this Sanitisation Campaign, Renault customers can rest assured that their health and safety is protected when they send their vehicles in for servicing,” Wong said.
