Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia Allowed To Resume Operations At Phase 4 MCO

April 29, 2020, Kuala Lumpur – Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, the official distributor of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in Malaysia, has received the approval to resume operations at selected service centres nationwide.

The company has got their approval from the Ministry of Internal Trade and Industry to operate during the phase four of the movement control order (MCO).

Customers may contract their nearest MMM authorised service centres if they need car servicing and maintenance.

The following safety measures will be strictly observed in effort to ensure that the service centres remained safe to customers and staff
Its service centres will only entertain appointment basis only, no walk-in customers are allowed.

There will also be contactless car acceptance. Customers will only allowed to pickup and drop off the cars only, they are not allowed to wait in the service premises.

Customers and staffs will have to go through temperature checks and wear masks at all time. Hand sanitisers will be available at the entrance of the service centres and the vehicles will be sanatised before handing over to customers.
